On 6th July, at 6.00 pm, Ann Black will be joining Sue Douglas, Bromsgrove Labour’s women’s officer, and other female members of the local party at St Andrews Church Hall, Lyttleton Avenue, Bromsgrove B60 3LL.

Ann is secretary of Oxford & District Labour CLP. She worked as a computer programmer until 2016 and is a member of UNISON. Ann serves on the NEC’s organisation and equalities committees, the business board and the work, pensions and equality policy commission, and chairs the disputes panel.

Ann will speak about Labour’s political journey from 2017 onwards, the role that women members can play going
forward; and will be drawing on her experience of 35 years in the party and movement. Ann will invite you to share your thoughts and ideas.
